Kitchen Window ("we") helps restaurants publish and respond to content on their own Instagram accounts. We act on behalf of each restaurant that explicitly connects its account.

What we access

• Your Instagram Business account's media, comments, and insights — only to publish posts you approve, draft replies to comments, and report performance.
• We request no access to direct messages.

How we use it

• Every post and reply is reviewed and approved by a human before it goes live. Nothing is published automatically without that approval.
• Content is processed on private infrastructure. We do not sell data.

Retention & deletion

• Access tokens are stored only as long as your account is connected and are removed when you disconnect.
• Request deletion of your data any time: Data Deletion, or email [email protected].
